Caney Creek Estates By-Laws

The property restrictions are covenanted with the land.  The by-laws define the organization of the property owners, and provides for  a Board of Directors that oversee day to day club operations and maintenance. 

Prior to purchasing property in Caney Creek Estates, please read the By-Laws and the restrictions.

ATTENTION ALL PROPERTY OWNERS
The Board of Director's reminds all of our property owners.  Matagorda county has a leash law.  All dogs must be leashed or fenced in such a way that they do not run free.
